How do I get a job with Preeminence Staffing?

Start by filling out our online form. Once we review your information a recruiter will contact you to schedule an appointment, fill out an in person application and you will be added into our talent pool. Should your skills and experience match one of our open positions, a recruiter will reach out to you.


Do you charge job seekers?

There is no cost to job seekers. We are paid by the companies where our employees are placed.


What benefits do you offer?

Working for Preeminence Staffing gives you access to comprehensive health benefits and a variety of work-life benefits. Depending on the specific assignment, employees can be offered benefits.


How long do job assignments last?

The length of an assignment varies according to our client’s needs — ranging from a few months to a few years. We work to place you in a role that fits your short-term or long-term needs. While assignments are subject to our client’s needs, it is important that you communicate your needs as well with your recruiter.


When do I get Paid?

Our Temporary employees are paid weekly by Preeminence Staffing. Our pay schedule runs from Monday through Sunday. You will receive your paycheck or direct deposit every Friday at our office. Direct placement employees are paid in accordance with our client’s payroll policies.


Is there a minimum age requirement to work?

All applicants must be at least 18 years of age in order to be considered for employment. Preeminence Staffing does not discriminate in employment opportunities or practices on the basis of race, color and religion, gender, national origin, ancestry, age, disabilities or any other characteristics protected by law.


Can I get hired with a criminal record?

Preeminence Staffing is an equal opportunity employer and welcomes all applicants regardless of their protected class or background. Based on some of our client’s needs and requirements for a position, a criminal background check may be required.


Can I work with a valid work permit?

Positions at Preeminence Staffing are open to any individual eligible to work in the United States. This includes those with valid Employment Authorization Documents, those with valid United States Permanent Resident Cards (also known as Green Cards), and others eligible to work in the United States as described on Department of Homeland
Security document I-9.


Do you offer Work Sponsorship?

Preeminence Staffing only hires individuals currently eligible to work in the United States. For information on employment eligibility in the United States, please visit the U.S. Immigration Services website.
